How to Appeal
- Join the Monatch SMP Discord.
- Open an appeal ticket (or message a staff member if tickets aren't set up).
- Include your Minecraft username, the reason you were punished, and your side of the story.
- Add any evidence you have (screenshots, video, timestamps).
- Wait for a staff reply — appeals are usually reviewed within 24–48 hours.
Submit an Appeal
Fill in the form below and it's sent straight to our staff team. A complete, honest appeal is much more likely to be approved — take your time and be specific. You'll get a reply on Discord, usually within 24–48 hours.
Appeal Tips
- Be honest. Lying or hiding context ends an appeal immediately.
- Take responsibility. Own what you did — excuses without accountability don't help.
- Be respectful. Politeness goes a long way with the staff member reviewing your case.
- Provide evidence. Screenshots or timestamps make your side much easier to verify.
- Keep it calm. One clear appeal beats ten angry messages.

Appeal Rules
- One appeal per punishment. Don't re-submit the same appeal.
- Be honest. Lying or hiding context can end the appeal immediately.
- Be respectful to the staff member reviewing your case.
- Don't spam or tag staff repeatedly — it slows things down.
- Abusing the appeal system (false or repeated appeals) can extend your ban.
What Happens Next?
A staff member reviews your appeal against the evidence. If it's approved, your punishment is lifted or shortened. If it's denied, the decision stands — but the staff team follows the staff rules, so every case gets a fair look.
