1. Code of Conduct
- Lead by Example: Staff members must follow all player rules at all times. You are held to a higher standard than regular players.
- Professionalism: Remain calm and respectful even when provoked. Never argue, rage, or retaliate against players in chat.
- No Toxicity: Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination by staff is an immediate removal from the team and a permanent ban.
2. Power Abuse
- No Item Spawning: Never spawn items, blocks, or currency for yourself, friends, or players — even as a "gift" or "tip."
- No Saved Hotbar Items: Do not take or give items from a saved hotbar, including your own. Using a saved hotbar to obtain items is treated the same as item spawning.
- No Unfair Advantages: Do not use teleporting, god mode, or invisibility to benefit yourself or others in PvP, events, or the economy.
- No Vandalism: Do not use admin powers to grief, modify, or inspect builds without a legitimate staff reason.
3. Fairness & Impartiality
- No Favoritism: Treat every player equally. Friends and high-ranking players receive the exact same punishments as everyone else.
- Follow the Rules: Punishments must match the server rules. Never invent new rules on the spot or punish players for unlisted behavior.
- Evidence Required: Never punish a player without clear evidence (screenshots, clips, or logs). Verify evidence before taking action.
4. Confidentiality
- Protect Player Info: Never share player IP addresses, locations, or private account information with anyone.
- Keep Staff Discussions Private: Internal staff chats, decisions, and evidence are confidential and must never be leaked to players.
- No Ghosting: Do not warn players that a report was filed against them so they can hide evidence or change behavior.
5. Duty & Responsibility
- Be Active: Respond to reports, tickets, and Discord pings in a timely manner. Extended inactivity may result in removal from the team.
- Document Punishments: Log every warn, mute, kick, and ban with a reason. Keep records accurate and up to date.
- Teamwork: Consult other staff on serious or unclear cases before acting. Never reverse another staff member's decision without discussing it first.
6. Reporting & Appeals
- Report Staff Misconduct: Players who believe a staff member broke these rules should open a ticket on Discord with evidence.
- Fair Appeals: Player appeals must be reviewed by a staff member who was not involved in the original punishment.
